REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Accommodation Bookings

Guests who book accommodation directly with The Ivy Lake may pay ether the full booking amount or a 50% advance payment to confirm their reservation.

Cancellation & Refunds

Guests wishing to cancel a direct accommodation booking must notify The Ivy Lake at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled check-in date.

When the required cancellation notice is provided, any accommodation payment already made to The Ivy Lake — whether the full booking amount or a 50% advance payment — will be refunded.

Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer or bank.

Cancellations received less than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled check-in date and no-shows may not qualify for a refund, subject to the booking terms communicated at the time of reservation.

Tours, Transfers & Experiences

Tours, airport transfers, transport services and other experiences may involve advance arrangements with third-party service providers. Cancellation and refund conditions for these services may therefore vary.

Any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated to the guest before payment is requested or the service is confirmed.

Booking Amendments

If you need to change or cancel a reservation, please contact The Ivy Lake as soon as possible and provide the name used for the booking and the relevant booking details.
